Each piece is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity, honouring its originality and place within Emma Thomson Fine Art. Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or text, along with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.

As each artwork is an original piece, refunds are not offered except in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged in transit. If this occurs, please get in touch within three business days of receiving your piece to be eligible for a refund. Kindly email through photographs of the damage so the issue can be carefully reviewed and resolved.
